David Westley Rose, Jr., a resident of Wynne, passed away Tuesday, October 4, 2022, in Memphis at the age of 47. He was born in Memphis, Tennessee, on October 23, 1974, to Mr. David Westley, Sr. and Virginia Ann “Jones” Rose.
Dave enjoyed watching horror & serial killer movies, collecting the “Odd” items, was a big Bears football fan, and loved his “metal”. David worked about 17 years in concrete building material before going to work for ARDOT as a guard and stock room assistant. He was kind of anti-social, but once you got to know him, he was fun-loving, helpful to others and loved with all of his heart. Dave was a great husband, father, and grandfather.
Mr. Rose was preceded in death by his mother; Virginia Rose.
He is survived by his wife of 14 years: Sonya Rose of the home, father: David Rose, Sr. of Memphis, one son: Tyler Neisler of Wynne, one daughter: Ashley Ramsey and husband Camron of Wynne, one brother: Mitch Rose of Memphis, two grandsons: Eli & Kade Ramsey, and his dog: Bree.
A gathering of family and friends will be held, Saturday, October 30, from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at the Women's Progressive Club in Wynne. Everyone is invited to drop in and share their stories of Dave.
