James "Jim" Earnest Fourthman

James Earnest Fourthman, 65, a resident of Turrell, departed this life, Thursday, October 3, 2024, in Memphis, Tennessee. He was born, June 4, 1959, in Chicago, Illinois, the son of James Leroy and Ruby Jean Chism Fourthman.

He graduated in 1978 from Morton East High School in Berwyn, Illinois. He worked as a machine mechanic most of his life. Jim had a gypsy soul, who was outgoing and loved having fun, dancing, bon fires, camping, building model cars, he has over 200 model cars, both in boxes and put together.  He loved his nieces and nephews, especially the great nieces and nephews, he enjoyed attending their games, no matter what sport they were playing.

Jim was preceded in death by his parents: James and Ruby Fourthman, and his wife: Romona Lacrosse Fourthman.

Survivors include five sons: Christopher Fourthman, James Robert Fourthman, Brian Fourthman, Corey Fourthman, all of Booneville, Mississippi, Michael Arseneau of Wisconsin one daughter: Kathy Arseneau of Chicago, Illinois, one sister: Jada Doss of Turrell, several grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends who will miss him.

The family will hold a memorial service at a later date.
