Jessilene Duncan, 57, a resident of Wynne, departed this life, Saturday, September 27, 2025, in Jonesboro. She was born on March 1, 1968, in Wynne, the daughter of Jessie William Moses and Emma Jean Folk Lamastus.
She enjoyed traveling, arts and crafts, coloring, watching “Days of Our Lives” and old westerns, she always grew a vegetable garden and enjoyed growing roses. She is known as a very loving and caring mother, grandmother and friend. She enjoyed visiting with her friends and family and would help anyone in need. Jessilene will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
Jessilene was preceded in death by her parents: Jessie and Emma Lamatus, two brothers: Roger and Wayne Lamatus, and three sisters: Carolyn McCallister, Ruth Ann Wiggins and Linda Jean Duncan.
Survivors include three sons: Harold Lamatus and his wife Rebecca, Danny Lamatus and his wife Sarah, David Gatlin, one daughter: Sarah Lamatus Immel all of Wynne, one sister: Fayrene Lamatus of Vanndale and eleven grandchildren.
The family will hold a memorial service at a later date.
