LaVonda Snowden

LaVonda Snowden of Marianna, passed away, Monday, August 19, 2019, at St. Francis Hospital at the age of 50 with her family by her side. July 30, 1969, in Elaine, Arkansas, the daughter of Wendell Snowden and Toni Kay Ballard.

LaVonda worked for Home Health Care. She loved fishing, was an avid book reader, and was always considered the life of the party. Her favorite pastime was spending time with her family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents: Wendell Snowden and Toni Kay Ballard and granddaughter: Destiny Layton.

She is survived by: two sons: William “Bubbie” Layton of Greers Ferry, Travis Lee Adam Griffin of Dewitt, two daughters: Tina Reniger and husband Brad of Wynne, Mae Williamson and husband Trey of Hernando, MS. three sisters: Sherry Ward of Helena, Sandra Kay Griffin and husband Melvin of Dewitt, Windie Snowden of Morrilton and nine grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held on Sunday, September 1, at 2:30 p.m. at the home of Tina Reniger: 301 CR 652, Wynne. Flowers can be delivered to this address for the service.
