Miss Mary Mitchell, 67, a lifelong resident of Madison, departed this life, Tuesday, October 6, 2020, in Wynne. She was born in Forrest City, Arkansas on October 22, 1952, the daughter of the late Skip and Minnie (Doxey) Mitchell.

Mary was a 1970 Graduate of Lincoln High School in Forrest City. She worked at Bondol Laboratory in Madison as a secretary until her health wouldn’t allow. She attended Cornerstone MB Church under Rev. Leon Sims, Jr. and was an active member until her health deteriorated.

She leaves to cherish her memories one son: Antonio Mitchell of Little Rock, her special friend; Sherman Lucas of Madison, and a host of other relatives and friends.

A memorial service will be held in her honor at a later date.

Cross County Cremations and Funeral Service have the honor of handling the arrangements for the Mitchell family.
