Pamela Scarlett Farris, 70, a resident of Wynne, departed this life, Thursday, July 25, 2024, in Memphis, Tennessee. She was born, August 28, 1953, in Monroe, Louisiana, the daughter of Winton Lafeyette and Joan Foust Scarlett. She married Mr. Jonathan Farris on October 8, 1977.
Pam Graduated Pine Tree High School in Longview, Texas in 1972, and received her LPN degree from Crowley’s Ridge Vo-Tech in 1987. She enjoyed coloring on her phone, watching movies and Jeopardy, collecting Elephants and owls and her favorite color was red. She loved the Dallas Cowboys and her daughter. Pam had a great sense of humor and was known to be sweet and crazy. Her greatest joy was staying in touch with family and did we mention her daughter, Scarlett.
She was preceded in death by her parents: Winton and Joan Scarlett, and husband: Jonathan “Hollywood” Farris.
Survivors include her only child: Scarlett Farris of Wynne, four brothers: Winton Scarlett and wife Rosanda of Wynne, Martin Scarlett and wife Teri of Tupelo, Mississippi, Clint Scarlett and Jessi of Wynne, Kelly Scarlett of Wynne and five grandpuppies: Pudly, Shamy, Baily, Emma, and Max, and a host of other relatives and friends.
The family will hold a memorial service will be held, at noon, Saturday, August 3, 2024, at Village Creek State Park, Pavilion 1.
