Patricia Ann (Sanders) Farrell

Patricia Farrell, 66, a resident of Cherry Valley, went to her heavenly home, Wednesday, July 12, 2023, in Jonesboro, with her family by her side.  She was born, May 15, 1957, in Wynne the daughter of Lawrence and Juanita Andrews Sanders.

Pat was a 1975 graduate of Cross County High School, she married Mr. Eugene Farrell on February 3, 1978. She worked as a deputy and then CID Investigator for the Cross County Sheriff Office for over 10 years before retiring. She enjoyed being outdoors, fishing, hunting, gardening and playing with her grandchildren. Pat was of the Baptist faith, attending Vanndale Baptist Church when she was able. She touched many people and never met a stranger. She was a fun loving, caring and straight forward person and will be missed by many.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one infant brother: Tommy Joe Sanders.

Pat is survived by her husband of forty-five years: Eugene Farrell of the home, two sons: John Farrell and Nick Farrell and wife Traci both of Cherry Valley, two brothers: Mikey Sanders of Wynne, Tommy and wife Freda Sanders of Cherry Valley, two sisters: Deborah Watts of Wynne, Christy Lambert and husband Timmy of Cherry Valley, six grandchildren and many Nieces, Nephews and other family members.

A visitation will be held Saturday, from 10:30 a.m. until service time at noon, at the Vanndale Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Vanndale Cemetery.
