Richard Head Obituary

Richard “RD” Davis Head passed away Friday, September 18, 2020 in Wynne, AR. He was born on September 28, 1945 in Wynne AR to the late Frank and Paulene “Coke” Head.

R. D. worked for the Arkansas Department of Transportation on the road crew for a period of time and would bring home injured animals such as snakes, racoons, and bats. He had a great sense of humor and loved to make everyone laugh. R. D. enjoyed listening to blues and jazz music, feeding the racoons on the back deck and enjoyed spending time with family in small groups.

Mr. Head was preceded in death by his parents.

Richard is survived by his wife Phyllis Patterson Head of the home, daughter: Kelli Allen of Lamar, MS, brother Timothy Head of Port Orange, FL, sister: Angela Head of Las Vegas, NV, and together they had 16 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

There are no services planed for Mr. Head.
