Rodney "Cheetah" Milton Obituary

Rodney C. "Cheetah" Milton, 57, a resident of Wynne, passed away peacefully, Tuesday, June 21, 2022, in Jonesboro.  He was born, March 9, 1965, in Wynne, the son of Delbert Lee and Doris Jean Dennis Milton.

 Rodney was a 1983 graduate of Wynne High School. He worked for the Railroad for a period of time and also for Arkansas Catfish, he loved raising catfish. He was a good man who would give you the shirt off his back if he thought you needed it. Rodney enjoyed hunting, fishing, driving heavy equipment, the Dallas Cowboys, frog giggin’, and BBQing for his family and friends.  His greatest joy in life was his family and his dog. When he married Sheila Swaite, he accepted her children as his own and never waivered from that. He will be missed by all who knew him.

Rodney was preceded in death by his parents, one son: Tyler Keith Milton, one brother: Delbert Wayne “Bug” Milton and two sisters: Darlene Cummings and Linda Jean McClain.

Survivors include his wife: Sheila Milton of the home, two sons: Hank Milton of Marianna and Michael Davis of Wynne, one daughter: Dana Harrison of Vanndale, one brother: Brian "Tarzan" Milton of Wynne, eleven grandchildren and his dog: Sissy.

No services will be held at this time.
