Obituary
Susanne Marie Burke, 47, a resident of Wynne, departed this life, Tuesday, March 22, 2022, at her home. She was born, December 12, 1974, in Rockford, Illinois the daughter of Donald Carl Burke, Jr. and Kitty Francine Frost Burke.
Susanne was a 1992 graduate of Virginia Beach Princess Ann High School. She worked as a hotel clerk for many years and was very creative with the cricket machine. She loved being outdoors and going “junkin”, looking for any good find. She was fearless and would try anything, had a great sense of humor, being described as wickedly humorous and funny. She will be missed by all those who knew and loved her.
She was preceded in death by her father: Donald Burke, Jr.
Survivors include her mother: Kitty Thomas of Wynne, only daughter: Kaitlyn Barkley of Wynne, two brothers: Charles Watson and Michael Watson and wife Wendy all of Parkin.
The family will hold a memorial service at a later date.
Cross County Funeral Service & Crematory had the honor of assisting the Burke family with arrangements.
