Vickie Diane (Lanham) Guy

Vickie Diane Guy, 71, a resident of Colt, departed this life, Saturday, July 4th, 2026, at her daughter’s home. She was born, December 1, 1954, in Overton, Texas, the daughter of Ralph Cornelius and Verna Elizabeth Tower Lanham.

Vickie was 1972 Graduate of Longview, Texas High School and a homemaker. She was an artist who enjoyed drawing, oil painting and gardening. Vickie was witty, funny and cared about others before herself. Her greatest joy in life was her family, she was always there for them all, but especially her grandchildren. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her father: Ralph Lanham, her husband: Robert Lee Guy, two sons: Chad Fields, Craig Guy and one sister: Janice Lanham.

Survivors include her mother: Beth Lanham of Long View, Texas, one son: Tony Guy and his wife Terri of Jonesboro, two daughters: Lisa Comstock of Lepanto, Amy Huey and her husband Jeremy of Colt, two brothers: Ronnie Lanham and wife Michelle, Larry Lanham and wife Kellie both of Texas, twelve grandchildren and four great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held, Tuesday evening from 5 until 7:00 p.m. at the Earle Baptist Church. Funeral services will be held, Wednesday, 10:00 am, at the Earle Baptist Church with burial following in Crittenden Memorial Park Cemetery in Marion.
