William Dou Whitlock

Mr. William “Bill” Whitlock of Wynne, formerly of Helena, passed away Tuesday, October 18, 2022. He was born on November 24, 1944, the only child of Edward and Marjorie “McElvaine” Whitlock in South Amboy City, New Jersey.

Bill enjoyed going for walks, doing his monthly shopping, watching the news to keep up with everything going on around him, and writing to his pen pals. When he was younger, he worked as a CNA for Crestpark Nursing Home in Helena. After retiring, he volunteered at the Helena Regional Hospital doing whatever he could to help out. He was witty, always making people smile and was a very sweet person to all he knew.

Mr. Whitlock was preceded in death by his parents.

Bill is survived by his caretakers: Felica Calhoun, Cantyn McMillian, and his friends at RiverRidge Nursing Home in Wynne.
