William "Cody" Oglesbee

Cody Oglesbee, 29, a resident of Brookland, formerly of Wynne, departed this life, Wednesday, August 2, 2023. He was born June 14, 1994, in Wynne, the son of William Buckley and Lisa Carol Orman Oglesbee.

Cody attended Greene County Tech and worked in the fast-food industry. He was saved several years ago and loved the Lord. Cody had a special bond with his grandfather and grandmother Orman, and loved spending time with them. He enjoyed fishing, camping listening to music, especially classic rock and rap, nature, hanging out with his friends and family.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather: Ray Orman, dog: Daisy Girl, cat: Buddy.

Cody is survived by his mother: Lisa Oglesbee of Brookland, grandmother: Ruth Orman of Colt, Aunt: Deborah Cole and her husband Neal of Paragould, Uncle Michael Orman of Colt, 2 nephews: Daniel (Brooke) Cole of Jonesboro, Nathan (Liz) Cole of Jonesboro, one niece: Ashley (James) Hafer of Dixie, his cats: Cherry and Tigger, and a host of other relatives and friends who loved him very much and will miss him.

A graveside service will be held Monday, August 14th at 10:30 a.m., in Cogbill Cemetery.
